|Recommended: YesI have lived in a darling studio apartment at Modera Observatory Park since May 2021. I have a 5th floor view of the mountains, and I can also see the Denver skyline and Mile High Stadium.
But none of these perks would matter if my rescue dog and I didn’t ALSO have Lorenzo, Ariel and Saul. What is a beautiful apartment community without the people you can email, talk to, and ask questions of
For example, Saul, who is a maintenance technician, has done MANY things for me above and beyond the call of duty. One night, my smoke alarm went off for a flukey reason not the batteries , and Saul was there quickly—at 4AM —with a brand new smoke alarm. Also, Saul, and others, have repeatedly carried heavy boxes from Farmer’s Dog up to my door so that I don’t have to.
I could go on and on about cleanliness, fresh paint, the pool and hot tub, the flowers in spring and summer, the shoveled walkways thank you, Lee , and more. But 5-star places don’t just happen. It’s the people

|Recommended: YesFirst time in an apartment building — The staff here are amazing and so helpful. I can’t say enough about how friendly and welcoming they are. I wish they had more guest parking, I can see that being an issue in the coming months as friends and family visit. The complex is kept clean but I get headaches from artificial smells and there seems to be heavy perfumes used in the office snd common areas. That’s more of a personal issue. I love that they are so dog friendly.
Communication about my request for dishwasher repair could’ve be better. I understand that they are on back order after 5 days of waiting to hear.
My apartment is next to something that bangs a lot so I’m getting used to the noise but otherwise it’s very quiet.

A there is one special employee I think his name was Curtis he was by far excepcianl a very very kind .. thanks again for the perfect experience .. thanks Lori mcferran

|Recommended: YesGreat Place — It's been just about a month living here, and I've come to really like it The staff is great, everyone is super friendly and active, and the free coffee in the morning sure is a plus.
The staff is very receptive to all emails and requests. Good mix of a croud demographic, but it's definitely on the younger side For reference, I'm young, but not in college, just here for living .
The garage is nice. There are a couple of scratches and broken pieces around the building, but you can tell they save all their resources to ensure the rooms are nice, which they are very nice. Lots of sun. The only noise you can hear is from outside, which it's a busy neighborhood, and various bangs in others apartments. Otherwise, it's quite 10pm-7am.
Great place, all and all, definitely worth the price. The elevator is a little sketch.
